Payment
All tours require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount. The deposit will confirm your booking until 30 days before travel departure, at which time the cost of the trip will become due. If the remaining balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will cancel your booking.
Cancellation policy
Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your booking is sometimes limited as we often need to pay some suppliers in advance and our negotiated rates are obtained through advance payment commitments. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance that includes trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance, which can reimburse you for trip cancellation penalties and additional trip costs if the circumstances fall within Your policy’s coverage forces you to cancel or interrupt your trip. In the event that we cancel a trip, for any reason, the full amount for the services described in the booked itinerary, less the airline ticket cancellation fee, will be refunded.
All cancellations by the customer must be made in writing (email, fax or otherwise). The date on which notice of cancellation is received by the company or its agent will determine the applicable cancellation fee.
Refund checks will usually be sent within three weeks of cancellation, provided that we experience no difficulty or delay in receiving the respective refund(s) from the relevant suppliers.
Once the trip has commenced, you will not be entitled to a refund for unused portions nor exchangeable price or value for alternative services. The company will pay hotels and tour operators in advance. If you do not use part of your booking and the hotel or tour operator is willing to give you a credit, you must have a letter signed by the manager requesting a refund from the company. Unless otherwise stated at or before the time of booking, the following charges per person will apply in the event of cancellation prior to arrival:
Cancellation fee
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, it is our policy that all cancellations must be notified in writing by email or fax. Cancellations will be charged as follows:
- More than 30 days before trip departure date. There is no fee, however the deposit is non-refundable.
- 14-29 days before arrival: 10% fee
- 7-13 days before arrival: 20% fee
- 6- 4 days before arrival: 60% fee
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% fee

1. Immigration Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all visa and health requirements of the country you intend to visit. We cannot be liable for any illness, delay or expense resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival.
2. Deposit and final payment
Deposit and final payment must be made in accordance with your instructions at the time of booking request. We reserve the right to cancel a booking without prior notice if the deposit or balance is not paid within the stipulated time. In this case, we will apply any relevant cancellation fees as if you had canceled before making any refund. Unless otherwise stated in advance, bookings will be confirmed once all paid elements have been confirmed.
3. Itinerary Changing
Changes to the printed itinerary may not be made, unless Etravel Now complies with the provisions herein, after the trip has begun. Unused portions of the itinerary and any extended nights including hotel accommodations, tours, airfare or other expenses included in the tour are non-refundable.
4. Web Accuracy & Local Conditions
The descriptions of hotels, tours, cars, flights and other services on this website are compiled based on current information available at the time of creation. However, changes may occur after the date of publication. There may be circumstances where accommodation owners or owners of other services may withdraw or reduce facilities. For example, a swimming pool may be closed for cleaning and/or renovation; If there are multiple restaurants in the hotel, some may be closed during low season. Redecorating or construction work can take place even during peak season. Such changes are beyond our control. However, where we are informed of any development work or changes to the information displayed on this website, we will do our best to advise you before departure.
