Our Story
365 Travel is a success story that we are eager to share with you. Established in 2006 by a young couple from Hanoi, 365 Travel has come a long way. Tommy Nguyen took charge of management and product development, while Cindy Nguyen was responsible for business operations. Despite having years of experience working at a travel agency, they were initially apprehensive about approaching foreign partners, as many would consider 27 years of age is too young to run a business.
Like many startups, our early days were fraught with challenges. Our office was small, and bookings came in slowly, mostly from friends and family who needed assistance with booking tickets and hotel rooms.

The name 365 Travel was inspired by our commitment to being available to serve you 24/7, 365 days a year, and to be a trusted and reliable business partner. With “Continuous Care” and “Humility” as guiding principles, we are always preparing for the future and never lose sight of the fact that customers and competitors are essential for self-improvement. “Integrity” signifies transparency and accountability, which go hand in hand with inspiration and challenges in our work.
